It is the mission of the Equal Opportunity/Human Resources Office to develop and implement programs that support the belief that valuing and managing diversity within The Catholic University of America results in a stronger student body better able to achieve the academic goals of the university and fully prepared to meet the challenges of the 21st century.

The Equal Opportunity/Human Resources Office advocates behaviors that support the values of treating people with respect and dignity, promotes the fair and equitable treatment of people and provides a vehicle for members of the CUA community to raise and resolve questions and concerns.
